One Wimpole Street's Events Team has extensive experience of managing events, and guarantees a high quality service.
We have a flexible approach which gives us the ability to interpret individual requirements and manage events with creativity, energy, enthusiasm. Our innovative and creative solutions ensure each event is unique and specifically tailored to client vision.
These simple steps outline how our management team works;
- Our Events Team will deal with your enquiry in a friendly and efficient manner and with strict attention to detail
- You will receive a response to your enquiry within 24 hours
- Your account manager is able to offer creative suggestions to make each event successful and unique
- We will lead you on a tour of our event spaces with the events account manager to ensure your allocated rooms are suitable for your event
- A confirmation of your booking will be sent out by email detailing all room rates, catering costs and our terms and conditions
- Our reception team will greet you upon arrival to One Wimpole Street and direct you and your delegates to your selected room
- You will be allocated an events account manager, who will be available on the day to assist with the smooth running of your event
- We will use our best endeavour to accommodate any unavoidable last minute changes
- Your event will be seen to by a dedicated event operations manager
- All invoices will be sent within 10 working days after your event
